Comfortable, easy-living Villas on the Cedar Lake Village Campus offer a maintenance-free lifestyle. Located in a quiet, semi-rural setting, the Villas offer four floor plans to choose from. Cedar Lake Village provides lawn care, snow removal and home maintenance. Each Villa has 24-hour access to a Lifeline, emergency alert system. As a resident, take advantage of all the Cedar Lake Village amenities, including our busy activity schedule, exercise gym, dining room, swimming pool, off-leash dog park, ice cream parlor and hair salon.

Cedar Lake Village offer two pricing plans to choose from: a monthly basic rate, or a 100% refundable entrance fee with a reduced monthly fee. All villas are month to month rentals.
