Deborah Beckwith | Senior Living Manager
Deborah is a licensed adult care home administrator. She joined Good Samaritan Society and became the Senior Living Manager at Cedar Lake Village in 2016. Deborah began her career in healthcare in 1994 and has held various roles. She transitioned to senior care in 2004. She received her Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Psychology from Emporia State University. Deborah is passionate about her role in serving seniors in our community. Deborah grew up on a Kansas farm and loves spending time with her family and being outdoors. She delights in her faith and enjoys the fellowship in her church.
Megan Anders | RN Manager
Megan joined the Good Samaritan Society – Communities of Olathe team in March 2010 as a Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan Society – Olathe. She joined the Cedar Lake Village team in 2016 as our RN Manager for Assisted Living and Memory Care Assisted Living. Megan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Mid-America Nazarene University, and has 15 years of experience as a nurse. Megan has 7 children and 4 grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children and grandchildren’s sports and activities, as well as going camping and taking trips to the lake.
Robert Million | Business Office Director
Robert joined our team in March 2022 with over 15 years of management experience and a diverse background, including advising seniors on Medicare Supplements and Long-Term Care Insurance. He earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration from UMKC. He is passionate about helping people and he has a special place in his heart for seniors. When he is not in the office or bouncing around the community, he spends most of his time at home with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
Cheyenne Dains | Wellness Director
Cheyenne joined our team as the Wellness Director in November 2019. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance from Emporia State University and is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Cheyenne began working in senior living right after she graduated from Emporia State and she loves that she gets to use her passion for health and wellness alongside her love of working with seniors. Along with Cheyenne’s love for health and wellness, she also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Kevin Schuckman | Environmental Services Director
Kevin joined the Cedar Lake Village team in July 2023. He comes to us with 35 years experience in facilities maintenance. Kevin has his Associates Degree in Engineering, and also maintains universal licenses through the EPA in refrigeration. Kevin spent most of his career in the Hays, KS area; and relocated to the Kansas City area about 10 years ago to be near family. He enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Linda Belisle, CDM | Dining Services Director
Linda joined the Cedar Lake Village team in April 2023. She has been a certified dietary manager in healthcare settings for 34 years, most recently in McPherson, KS. She enjoys spending time with her dog, antiquing, and making jewelry.
Kelsie Tryon | Senior Living Sales Specialist
Kelsie joined the Good Samaritan Society team in March 2012 as the Activities Director at Good Samaritan Society – Olathe. In October 2014 she became the Marketing Director at Cedar Lake Village. Kelsie graduated Summa Cum Laude from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and Human Services with secondary degrees in Gerontology and Long Term Care Administration. She also has a minor in Leadership Studies and a Conflict Resolution Certificate from Kansas State. Kelsie enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the local library, and finding new adventures for her family to explore throughout Kansas City.
Sandy Nauta | Senior Living Sales Specialist
Sandy joined the team as a Sales Specialist in June 2023. She found her true vocational calling in 2005 as the founder of a Senior Move Management firm in Dallas, TX assisting senior adults and their families navigate the emotional and physical tasks of leaving a home of many years and moving into retirement living. After selling the business, she remained in the senior living industry, and is thrilled to follow her passion here at Cedar Lake Village. Sandy is an avid runner, and enjoys training for various local races, reading a great book and spending time with her family.
